XBMC4Xbox

Fully compatible with Romcollection Browser hope you enjoy. Starting from this idea that I hope will help to further improve this skin.

This skin has some visual improvements over the previous version. To decrease the ram used in the background added some funds Screen folder in bmp format.

This skin is awesome. Really love the inclusion of RCB.

I'm having a little trouble, though. I've updated only 1 Rom Collection (NES) with only 9 Roms in it. After my thumbnail cache has been cleared and the X-BOX has undergone a fresh reboot, all the info shows up perfectly. The boxfront, the description, the fanart....everything.

However, when I scroll through those 9 games once, items seem to disappear. Thought it had something to do w/ cache, but I'm not sure.

Also, the view I prefer is "Thumbs" and to the right of the description, it displays the boxfront. I can't figure out how to change that image to a screenshot. I have successfully scraped all the images needed. I can see 'em in my media folder. Am I missing something?

Anyway, great work. Let me know if I need to posts some screens or a log file (pretty new, not sure which to post and where.)

as the disappearance of the images is normal sometimes it happens due to low memory xbox. Plus you can change the type of cache to use to display the arts. You can use CacheAll if u have up to 500 roms in total it would not catch the xbox due to lack of memory. Failure to use the tigger button because they are very fast ie you must pass from one game to the other slowly. Just to give you an idea I already have over 11,000 games and viewing a game and another it takes about 10-15 seconds' to display the art.

looks at you swap the positions of the images just open the config.xml and userdata image by porcurar place. use Notepad ok xbmc4xbox own! I have helped.

to give place to others more visions put only those that use less ram xbox

Maybe this is my last version because as the xbox has little ram's no way improves a bit more. An example are the visions that I put this mod, Eleas are using less ram xbox. But if I get more I will post here some improvements.

i think something has to be fixed in xbmc4xbox a few other scripts are running really low ram (scripts,navix,RCB), wait on the next version maybe it will run like before i notice this on the latest version of xbmc4xbox 3.5 2 beta, wait on it, if you can get this RCB to run as a plugin and not a script this could help, this means you would have to add the settings inside a certain skin like the confluence lite in skin options, for example turning off fanart, or turning off video previews, but other stuff maybe can go in the program area, just a thought and idea great job on this, you have done a wonderful job keep it up

guy unfortunately there is no plugin for RCB, but scripts surely spend very ram, I've tried various ways to minimize it, and came to this version. I just did adapt the version of RCB 2:03 to work with the confluence skin lite, and added some features. unfortunately the xbox users for example will not be able to put videos on your collections fail because memory. dont take it wrong i was just saying if it could be done to turn the script into a plugin i know this can be done we have Navix as a script and turned in a plugin for xbox only, but im not sure what has to be done, good job and dont worry you will get around fixing this dont worry of what i say your doning a super job, i got the RCB running as plugin but something like the view needs to be changed im not familiar with the RCB ill get back to you this weekend so we can take a look to see if you can try to port it with your help we might get it going.

im gonna try to get this to run with Mosaic this Skin was made for xbox the ram does not run out nor crash the xbox when cpu goes down, so let me try this and see if it works
