Hi, thats since all urlresolver addons with differend Hoster but the scriptmodule urlresolver and the hosterplugins since most of the time not uptodate then it is only a little from the Developers what fix this Hoster plugins on the urlresolver when she change the movie addon on your reqest access differend sites to parse the movies.
for movie25 as example have i devloped addon for yify.tv to.
When i that do its nothing on the code from the mainxbmcaddon and its since all only my addons developed from me the only what is the same she accessing the same url.

Simply movies as example is a option for me then its holding only one Hoster with nice quality but momenly the newer movies since on this site not accessable.

I think to access online Media on xbmc4xbox we want only 5or 6 aqddons on for music chart from different locations like my CannaPowerXBMC4XBOX addon, for movies as example my Yify.tv Faster,,For Tv Seasons my StreamThisAll addon .for Trailers my CinetrailerTV addon then it's multilingual (i mean its access the trailer on differend Language).
For Music Videos i am working on SimpleMuzu a addon for MuzuTV on xbmc4xbox . and a radio addon i think radio with only access the Radio stations from your Country location and a Search option when you want other radion channels.
and a search addon with playlist option from youtube ,vimeo ,vevo, dailymotion, soundcloud, google ,yahoo.

with this then we can most of this do what other addons on main xbmc do what only access the streams or playlists from youtube ,vimeo,dalymotion and others .nice where this all multilingual and the addons can have a cleaner name as examle yifytv is online movies, streamallthis is online tvshows when you have on the sytem settings language english but when you switch to german language as example online movies holding only german streams from kinokiste and online tvshows holding only german Streams from Burningseries the same with the trailer and the Radiostation only on this language what you have given on the language settings and all what since news we make over video rss on the homescreen from the skin and this sources switches to with the changes on the language to.
Then we have a better default xbmc as mainxbmc it is.

Thanks for replying I'm not that technically minded, but are you saying in simple laymen terms that the mainline xbmc plugins will not be of any use because:

Since you have to write plugin for the xbox with your own code from start to finish, and the only similar functions are the urls between xbmc and xbmc4xbox plugins.

Since script modules/urlresolver are not up to date and due to many file hosters the plugin easily breaks due to file site changes. Causing more maintenance to fix.

Better solution will be plugins with less maintenance due to the above reasons, like yify tv, movie 25, and streamthisall

Is there any chance of porting the e2webif api to xbmc4xbox as used in the plugin http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=VUPlus ?

if not is there a possibility of the TitanNit htmlapi that is a lot simpler to implement than the e2 api?http://sbnc.dyndns.tv/trac/browser/tita ... tmlapi.txt ?

i think ill have the same broblems with compatibility with our python engine on the xbox but yes it is a simular thing.

Its very simple code i think it is working on the Beta Builds with python 2.7 .
I can it not test then i have no Dreambox or others ,so please can you it test.

Edit 1 you can most xbmc addons run on enigma2 over a plugin self (i think that is verry nice), yyou can install the addons over theplugin on enigma to.

jtv switch to payservice (this mean without paying money you can not watch streams without interuption)
When it is by twitchtv the same i have no interess to adapt this mainxbmc addon that 's work's on xbmc4xbox .

ive just found the soundcloud plugin which works great. Only thing it lacks is a download to hdd option for music like the pc version.

would this be easy enough to add for the xbox version?

its have nothing to do with simple or not i do no more adapting addons i write my own and this run better on xbmc4xbox as most of the mainxbmcaddons it can do.

ok jan thanks for the info.

i didnt think the download option would work, especially when ive just found out only some of the links on the pc version are downloadable. Apart from this the soundcloud plugin works great.

can you find out why Ilive plugin wont play fullscreen, when "one or more items could not play" comes up, press okay and it closes whats playing

I also developed some addons (mostly geoblocked to germany) the last few days and would like to build some new addons
which are fully x4x compatible. So if anyone knows good sites which aren't geoblocked and have legal stuff I'll work on them
so pls post your ideas

I think the bromix youtube addon where a nice option but the last version what I had tested. On Xbmc4xbox the videoplayback was not working.
Anyway I think the old way to access the playable File from the youtube addon is working so it since only the categories to fix.

E: I noticed that most geoblocked sites are only checking headers, so geoblocked sites are okay, too.
