I did/do not know of any other working download link except for that one. You could try asking on the OGXbox forum as they have archives which may include the XBMC v3.0 > compatible updated version of the Xbox Classic skin but make sure you specify the most recently updated version as there are still sources for the original version rather than the last update identified as v2.1.
I prefer to call it v3.0 as that better indicates it compatibility with XBMC v3.0.
Even if they don't have a copy in their archives then there could be people on the forum who may be able to help.
