It is a time ago that I have modded consoles. But I was thinking about a xbox with 128mb. My only question is, which bios can I use and how can I mod them?
But this is not the only question, is it better to have a faster CPU?
Which BIOS(es) are now supporting 128mb ram

If you have an X3 modchip, the X3 bios supports the extra 64MB

No I've got a smartxx chip. But I mean this chip can do it, too. Or not?

Xecuter 2 5035 and IND-BIOS 5003/5004 are the best bioses for modding and they both support extra RAM.
