I don't know if this is still relevant, because of the newest nightly build but I found a bug. Whenever I play a video using dvdplayer (using SLik) and want to view the media info (pressing white button/title on remote) the text is garbled, I've creat a log maybe there is something regarding this issue.

3rd party skins will need an update to fix positioning. shipped skins are already fixed.

You can see from this diff how the positioning was changed for Confluence/PM3/PM3 HD to fix it

The cause is we split info onto an extra line for the video/audio codec, so avoid overflowing on the right of the screen.
