Forum order changed

The help forums have now been moved to the top, as there were many help requests in the general XBMC4Xbox discussion area (As I think people just go for the first forum they see). Hopefully this will mean I have less topics to move.

Many "XBMC4XBOX help" requests often turn out to be XBOX hardware or modding help requests. ...which I'm more than happy to help with, but perversely (considering the site's primary purpose) it's an argument for moving the off-topic section to the top.

You may be right, but I reckon no matter what order we have things people will post in the wrong area
