PVR frontend a la Frodo?

Post by tym2liv3 »

Hello there,

I have a raspberry pi, I tried running Raspmc on my raspberry pi with tvheadend frontend/backend combo which works really well :). The only problem is I have an old crt TV and the analogue sound output on the pi is next to useless.

I also have an Xbox running the latest 3.2 stable xbmc4xbox build and I was wondering if there was a way of implementing a tvheadend frontend for this to use in conjunction with the pi?

A bit like the ones in Frodo RC3 I had a look and there is also a port of Dharma with a PVR build.

Any help ideas would be greatly appreciated as I do not really know what direction to look for this.

Kind regards

Is that not just a frontend for myth though?

I would have tried using xbmc for the pi and then used the myth protocol.
