Plugins Fail to RUN

Plugins Fail to RUN

When i launch my plugins they always come up with "Script Error" Plugin failed to start, please help me, idk why this is happening or how to fix it, if there is a way to see error log please tell me how

Turn debugging mode on, upload log to xbmclogs.com, provide link here.
