Subtitle issue while playing avi from DVD Drive

Hi All,
I am on XBMC4XBOX 3.5.3 and the subtitles won’t load from optical drive, from DVD or CD. From HDD it loads just fine. From optical drive will load the movie, but without any subtitles, and when I try to manually set the subtitle, the xbox freezes. I didn’t had any issue with the original XBMC from AID disc. Is there any known bug? I also cleaned installed the XBMC4XBOX 3.5.3 without any good results. On 3.2.1 I don't have any issues. This problem is happening with any .avi and .srt I have loaded from DVD Drive.
I want Confluence Lite skin and also the ability to load avi files with sub or srt subtitle from DVD. Confluence Lite is not available on XBMC4XBOX 3.2.1. Or please help me run the Confluence Lite skin on XBMC4XBOX 3.2.1. Please help.
