Unable to scan content - Movies

I have noticed in the past little bit now, I am no longer able to scan movies from my Xbox.

I used to simply use EMM Manager and load up my media to and get all the information - banners, posters, plot etc - but then started to use my Xbox and simply scan from there. Now, I constantly get an error message saying the server is unavailable do I want to continue with scanning but nothing ever scans. I changed the content source from IMDB to TMDB and same results.

Is this broken or is there a fix for this?

I am hardwired into the network as I can transfer movies using FTP.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Try updating TBMD scraper with the latest version from sources (until someone will make a new build available):

I just put 33028 in the common folder, and it's not working. Maybe it just broke again, or maybe it's just down today. I dunno.

There's two tmdb.xml files, one in common and one higher. Maybe this folder view makes it easier to see:

Ive tried the tmdb.xml files in both locations and still cant scan movies. I can scan movies if I change the scraper to IMDB but then cant get fanart.

Was there a fix for this?

Here is the pastebin log: https://pastebin.com/4TirE0jK

The two movies it scanned first were done successfully as I used EMM to grab all the information. The manual scan that I tried failed once I changed over to TMDB scraper.

Trying the TMDB URL in your log with the new key from XBMC worked, subscribe to this thread where we will publish a new fix.

Will do. wondering if you mind posting the xml file that you updated/used to scan as I wanted to update my library (even if its a temp fix).

There will be a new key in soon just for XBMC4Xbox, but for now replace the old key (ecbc86c92da237cb9faff6d3ddc4be6d) to the new Kodi key (92db8778ccb39d825150332b0a46061d) in these files:
  • Q:\system\scrapers\video\common\tmdb.xml
  • Q:\system\scrapers\video\tmdb.xml
