Shortcut to emulator on Home screen?

Is there any way to put a shortcut to an emulator on the home screen under "Programs"? I'm running Confluence Lite and I have shortcuts to plugins/addons on my Home screen via the skin settings, (ie. TuneIn Radio and World Radio under Music, Apple Trailers and YouTube under Videos, etc). I would like to add similar shortcuts to a couple of emulators under Programs, but using skin setting, you can only add shortcuts to plugins/addons. Any ideas?
