How to clean up an reinitialise apps/games/emulators

Hi, i have been having this issue for quite some time now. I have installed and upgrade some apps on my xbox and xbmc will not read the updated program information nor update the icon. How do i manually update the programs (or clean the program list to let it more or less update itself). Also i have noticed that in the xbmc4xbox android app all apps remain, even the ones i have deleted a long time ago. So where do i find all this information to clean it up on my xbmc install?

Rename or backup and remove Q:\Userdata\Database\MyPrograms6.db, restart XBMC4Xbox and on return navigate again to Programs > Games and Programs > Emulators to refresh the list. That should solve it for the view through Android app as it queries the programs database. http://www.xbmc4xbox.org.uk/wiki/UserData
