Is it possible to make xbmc4xbox boot straight into your game library and if so how? Also what skin has best game icon views?

Settings > Appearance > Skin > Startup window; Programs
Then, go into Programs, highlight your Games source, press the contextual menu button (white/title) and select Make default.

I'll let another users suggest skins
