Need access to original Xbox harddrive

Hey guys. I need some help. I'm pretty new to all this modding stuff. I had my original xbox modded a long time ago by a friend, and recently wanted to play some roms on it. I was updating the xbmc OS via filezilla, and renamed the xbmc file folder to xbmc_old and the new one to xbmc_new. Little did I know since i'm such a noob that the system will not boot xbmc anymore due to the file folder not being named "xbmc". I lost my ability to connect to the xbox through FileZilla and cannot access my xbox files to correct the file folder name change. Can someone tell me what I need to do to access my xbox hard drive files?

You need a boot / rescue disc. HeXEn (Heimdall's Xbox Engineering Disc, use Google to find it), burned to DVD-R at 4x or slower using iso burning software, will give you FTP access to repair your mistake.
