XBMC4Xbox

sorry to resurrect an old thread, but i wanted to share this because it has worked well.

Below is a working pleXBMC client for XBMC4XB

** drop "plugin.video.plexbmc-3.6.1.zip" onto hdd,
**open xbmc addons installer, install from zip.
L E T I T I N S T A L L
**unzip same file and drop containing folder into xbmc/plugins/video.

full release list for plexBMC here -> https://github.com/hippojay/plugin.vide ... c/releases BUT, i found only 3.6.1 to work...

This plugin has a few things wrong with it i dont understand (script fails at strange times) but retains a TON of functionality.

Also, the best OGXBOX profile i could find for plex server (pc side, this is a must) https://lambdan.se/167.2017.03.17-plex-og-xbox-profile,

with JUST the profile SERVER SIDE the dlna capability of xbox is enough to play everything.. BUT, no scan/skip scene... the plugin fixes this

@xboxfuntimes - this is great news i cannot wait to test this out, i tried for ages to get help with creating a profile but never to get it to work properly so really cant wait to test this out.

i havent a xbox set up atm but off for 10 days over xmas so will deffinatly be firing this up and doing some testing, if it works for me ill run on debugging and check the logs once the script fails occurs and see whats going on in the background, cheers again for this mate i will really boost the use of my xbox
