XBMC is stuck at startup

Hi everyone and thx for reading me.
I have a simple problem : I've just downloaded the xbmc4xbox v3.5.3. and FTPed it to my xbox. When I launch the application, it just gets stuck and all i can see is the logo.

Does anyone knows what's wrong and how to correct it ?
