Sorry for the noob question, but I would like to install a new build for my XBMC4XBOX and am wondering what the proper way to do this is, and if I will lost any of my settings. FYI I am going to install Jans English

Follow the video below. Just ignore the bit where it shows you where to get the latest build from as the site is now down. The text can be a bit blurry so you might want to watch it fullscreen.
