I can't say I've tried a windows backend in conjunction with the xbox, however if the code has been ported over to xbox then I think I briefly had "For The Record" working on mainbranch although it doesn't appear to be in the official wiki. Take a look at the supported windows backends here

tuxbox client is built in to xbmc and xbmc4xbox, it is what i have used in the past to go from my sat decoder to my xbox.
if you have an enigma or enigma2 based decoder it shuld work but you cant watch hd channels, as you have a pc i dont know but try look for a tuxbox server i guess.
