Xbox dvd playback kits

G'day guys just want to hear from u all as to what u use for controlling xbmc and whether different region remotes will work on a chipped or soft modded xbox

i use an official dvd kit (pal) on a tsoped xbox originali pal but converted to ntsc for HD resolutions.

Yeah dvd remote is pretty nice to have but have you also checked out theXBMC4XBOX remote for android? Made by Dan Dar3 on here and is pretty awesome particularly if you have your tv shows & movies scraped to library

I used to believe that the dvd kits were region specific but i bought a bulk lot of them ex USA and they work fine, i dont use the remotes but the sensors are handy to use with universal remotes like the logitech Harmony range.
