I have a decoder running titannit and I just tried one of the enigma http webif plugins and it works somewhat but I just found it easier to set up m3u files for the channels and dump them in a video folder .

I did try the enigma tv plugin and it worked but as I said above i just found it a hassle.

Some recievers like mine have a web page you can pinch the m3u links from and it picks up the streams from them or you can do it manually:

from a pc type the following into a web page where 192.168.1.20 is the IP address of your reciever and where XXXX,XXXXXXX is the service id of the channel:

Code: Select all

http://192.168.1.20/query?getm3u&XXXX,XXXXXXX
The service ID you can get from the boquets list using something like sat channel list editor (SCLE) or something.

once you pull the m3u files you can just drop them in a video folder on the xbox to play them.

i cant be 100% sure your reciever will work the same as mine but id be guessing it does.

thanks very much for your help. ive been using the cable based dbox2 for a while but theres little channels avaliable for it so your info may well prove useful.

also i use the tuxbox client rather than a plugin (as you say there just hassle)

also found that the new builds wont show video but only play sound. however an old build i have plays both picture and sound no problem. wierd tbh.

anyways when i get time ill throw a debug log up, still kept the old build on my xbox so im not really bothered as long as it works lol

i started a thread with the 2 debug logs related to the video problems i was mentioning. for some reason video doesnt play on the new beta's but does on an old 3.2.1 build
