I have an xbox (translucent green) ltd edition (uk) with an X2.6 lite mod chip installed but am looking to upgrade the unit.
I am looking to install an LCD and the extra buttons and USB ports etc. if possible.
Do I need an X3 to carry out these mods and if so does anyone have one for sale or know where I might be able get one? Or one of the face plates i've seen on the net.
From what i've read they are hard to come by nowadays.
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

An X3CP (the faceplate with button's for different BIOS banks, LCD, and USB ports) is designed for the X3 chip.
They are increasingly hard to find. The black ones are the most common, but the crystal, green, and blue X3CP's are the rarest, and outrageously expensive.
For CoinOps , version 7 Massive is the best, and may be on usenet still.
