Haven't tried this skin yet. But seeing your vid and pics I have a note.
In WP 8.0 and XBOX ONE the toggle button changes with the Tiles colour.
Is this also possible to do in this skin? It is now just red.

I saw a craigslist ad where someone is Including what looks like the skin in this forum. I am wondering how to make my system look like this to have these sort of covers for each game console/arcade emu? Please see the photos I have posted.

the 095 version is the version that is in the video? I tested it and did not work properly, especially those visions into programs. How to make it work properly?

Negative... you can still accomplish this by using .CUT files for the games you wish to have.

Not possible at this time; well, it is, but it requires a setup I'm not willing to do. Sorry.

The last update should be doing exactly as the screen shows... it requires that you have your items scanned into your library; otherwise you need to past your debug log to pastebin or xbmclogs and post a link for me to look at.

Yeah, i've seen this too... as long as you have the emulators source scanned into your programs, you should be able to get similar results. To display a background, the root folder of the emulator (where the default.xbe is located) should have the background file "fanart.jpg".

I'm not clairvoyant and I don't know what "did not work properly means." You need to be very specific, if you can't, a screenshot will help tremendously.

@ Dom DXecutioner,

Do the individual emulators when scanned onto the programs (do they have to be in a specific folder like F:\Programs) automatically download icons like the one seen in the pictures I included, or do I need to manually add those icons/covers somehow?

The path to the emulators is irrelevant; however, when adding the source, it is recommended that you name the source "Emulators".

Relevant to the icons, most emulators have their own icons; if you wish to have a another icon that you find or create yourself, you must add that icon to the root of the folder and name it "default.tbn"; if you have already scanned the emulators, you will need to delete the programs folder (in the UserData folder) in the thumbnails folder for the respective profile so that xbmc can rescan the thumbs.

Perhaps someone could point me in the direction of some good looking icons for emulators and retail game covers that work good with this skin? I will be setting this skin up with my Resurrection Xtras collection

@Boris,

Apologies in advance as I'm unable to understand you completely.

No... i don't know why you posted a link or what you need me to edit but i won't edit anything outside of general release; if you need to change something, you must edit this yourself.

I'll upload the uncompressed folder at a later time... give me a couple of weeks!

I don't need to, that view no longer exists in the games section... but thanks for pointing that out.

XC this can be done using Fanart.jpg in the desired emulator folder.

Oh nice. Do you know where I can get some fanart/backdrops for emulators and retail games? Trust me, I have googled...

You're over on xtras. :)

But really there's probably a resource online. For example try plucking out the backdrops from the emulators. I might do this myself.

Yep, I am on Xtras too :)

How would I get backdrops from the emulators? I will do it to every emulator and post them wherever to share with others if I knew how. Info on backdrops/fanart for emulators is scarce...
