If you have neither of those then don't fear there is another way, you can use a USB stick and fool the xbox into thinking it's a memory card!
It's worth noting although this is fairly simple to do you will need to purchase an xbox game port to female USB adapter which are very cheap to buy if you take a look on sites like ebay. If you have a broken xbox controller then you could even make your own adapter
