Hello my name is tyson from the netherlands.
I softmodded my own xbox and put a lot of games on it. thats not the problem, the problem is with a new xbox that i bought. i bought a new one to do the same with my first xbox..softmod and play a lot of games but this xbox was already softmodded but i cant connect this xbox to my computer..i tried a lot of thing in the settings for as far i(noob) can do but filezilla cant see the xbox. For as i can see there is no chip..just a 120gb hdd.
in the settings of the xbox says Xecuter 2 4977
Can anyone please help me??

The fact it says Xecuter 2 4977 suggests it may have been chipped at some point. I assume you're using XBMC dash: where, in the settings, does it give you that information? Is the HDD shown as locked or unlocked? If it is unlocked then it can not be a softmod. BTW please do not mess around with the HDD locking, just report what it says about its status.
I doubt anything to do with whether it is chipped/TSOPed/softmodded is the cause of your FTP problem so some more questions:-
What Windows OS?
Filezilla up to date?
DHCP or Static IP address?
Connected direct or via a router?
Does the PC report the new network connection?
If DHCP: is the assigned IP address shown in the XBMC's network settings?
Does the Xbox detect the ethernet cable connection?
