Xbox to VGA on 1.6

Hello,
I have 1.6 Xbox and i want to play games on my 17 inch CRT monitor what are the options ?
I am not very well in modding or soldering parts.I read that Neoya x2vga+ , Mayflash Component to VGA or V-digi VD-Z3 are the best commercial VGA transcoders but I don't know how they will perform on 1.6 version of Xbox. So please help me.
