XBOX Custom case ???

Has anyone had any experience and success ditching the whole original case and installing into a custom media center-esque case??

This one was my Media Centre PC, I have a different case now. Not sure if an Xbox mobo will fit in it, I will check dimensions later?
It has a 300 watt ATX PSU, and is small form factor case.
