Question about washing xbox case in dishwasher

I want to wash my xbox case and the internal metal tray inside my dishwasher and was wondering if it would be safe to wash it with a dish detergent like Cascade Complete that dissolves food particles (what I have on hand)? Will the bottom stickers get messed up after throwing the case in the dishwasher? How should I place the case and metal tray in the dishwasher?

Dishwasher + detergent will turn that metal shielding into solid rust.

with the metal shielding you can dip it in acid to clean it and then re electroplate it

The metal shielding in my xbox already has rust spots on it. Can this in any way affect the motherboard and its components?
