thanks guys, i actually bought the custom etched jewel from another user on the forum. really pleased with its high quality finish. Had only seen pictures of them before and haven't seen one being sold since. Always looking though if anyone else has one

Man I have like 15 X3 mod chips and would love to have that jewel! I have the xenium ICE jewel like it and the matching mod chip but no X3 jewel! That would just set off this xbox that I have!

My latest xbox mod - softmoded xbox with side strip lights and front port lights added. Cleaned the jewel to make it clear and added a dvd drive window mod.

I like the controller jewel on the DVD drive.it is a nice touch! I like things like that.

Polished the jewel and paint it silver, changed the leds to white. I was inspired from first Resident Evil movie.

Got something done today. i know it needs some bondo and lines cleaned up but i'm getting around to it.

I've always wanted to do something that was lit up with led's galore & I always wanted them to be linked somehow to the lights on the front panel ( green, red and orange ) and also the lan activity lights as well, so it was in someway functional but fun

Liking your Hdd case also Rocky5! got a nice one sent to me from Asda with some razor blades locked in it
