best to ask they who made them (Team Xecuter), 5000 is usually a production run so i guess it would be a multiple of that.
problem is you are unlikely to get a response if you asked.
i know they have sold over 150,000 rrod kits for the xbox 360, so they say with their advertising.
10,000 seems like a resonable figure.

might also help knowing how many extra connectors/power pcbs/etc are available. they seem scarce. for example, I have never been able to find even a picture of whatever plugs into the front panel's usb PCB. 10x1 verytiny connector.
documentation for the x3cp has been a broken link for a long time.
