Most likely yes or a TSOP mod has been done. Open up the xbox to find out.

i cant :) some one is selling t its says mabcom x2 never heard of it must be a modchip

The BIOS is likely just edited to have a different texture in place of the original. But, I would assume it is an x2 bios. TSOP'd or chipped for sure.
