Does this work [HDD upgrade]

So i upgraded my HDD to a 160gb IDE HDD 1 year ago.

I want to upgrade it to a 2TB Sata.

It it possible with these items?:

Yes, that's the same adaptor I use.

So you use a similar or identical adapter ?, most of the ones known to work have 2 large caps on them which these dont - good to know if these do.
