n64 freak xbox not working

my xbox is not working anymore first 3 times it booted indi bios logo than it got stuck
3 time it froze at the flubber part !
now it wont boot anymore black screen starts up 3 times shuts down 3e time red green
cpu gpu and psu feel realy hot like burning hot i can touch for 4 sec
its a 1ghz 128mb version ,it has always worked perfect
what i tried change sata to ide adapter ,change ide cable

cpu is stil very hot sins the last time i posted it has been turned off 100% from electric !!
maybe the cpu came loose like the phat ps3 does ?

update i took out the dvd drive and hdd push hard on all cables controller psu ide etc
al screws are tight i put all back in and the xbox is working again wtf is going on !??!

update lol problem came back boots 3 times black screen nothing
red green light wtf !! i tested 4 sata adapters nothing same thing
tried xbox with 40gb ide hdd works perfect playing games etc no problems at all
so its the controller gave up after 4 years !? < nope :P spoke to soon xbox freezing again with ide hdd
now xbox doing the same thing booting 3 times than green red black screen

update ; changed dvd drive xbox boots stuck ata loading indi bios logo ,flashing green


xbox cooled down for 1 hour its booting in xbmc and now its frozen so the cpu is busted i think

i put 1 kilo of presure on the cpu cooling and all is oke !! the moment i take of the presure the xbox freezes so the cpu is coming loose ?

just to make things clear i have nothing agains nobody ,i was just asking for help nothing more :)

Sounds like you have bga issues between the motherboard and adaptor or motherboard and GPU.

Best to talk to N64.

It may require a reball or reflow of the processor adaptor, you will need a rework station to fix it.
