xbox flashing red-green, no video, no sound

I bought a xbox v1.0, he had stock hdd, dead dvd drive and flashing red-green (2 blinks green - reboot - 4 blinks green - reboot - red-green blinks looped) no sound, no video output. Before must have a modchip but was removed by previous owner. I want repair this console for a arcade cabinet project. What i need to do?

EEPROM is corrupt, but the sounds of it, or the person that sold it flashed the wrong Xbox EEPROM version to it.

If i copy eeprom from working machine and program bad motherboard than should it work?

Yes, but the HDD that came with it wont unlock it.
(Since the key will be different)

Try dumping the EEPROM with an EEPROM reader & see if you can extract the HDD key.

EEprom is totaly empty Oo

Now i must read eeprom from my working v1.0, burn eeprom, clone hdd, and it sould start working...

ok, now i know that eeprom is ok, i desolder it from mb, read in eerom reader (is not empty , the eeprom reader do not work on eeprom soldered to mb), programming with bin from my working machine, solder to mb. then i connect locked hdd and dvd from my working machine - still fraged. I think that is bad tsop flash. I must buy modchip (alladinXT 2) for tsopflash bad mb.
