BrianRob the other day when I got the PM as well. You can report private messages using the exclamation mark icon in the top right corner.

I don't know if it is on the cards to implement a post count tally or something so that they cant pm you without a post count of 10+

There isn't as this forum software version is ancient and unsupported and I don't have time to upgrade it to anything else currently.
At some point as time permits, I may switch over to something else (like nodebb which I use on retropie.org.uk) or update to the latest phpbb (which requires a fair amount of manual work and re-theming).
