Had an accident this morning on the way to work and car is quite badly damaged, possibly going to be written off.
I have two problems, both around getting the courtesy car: -
a) I can't find my driving license and I've turned the house upside down to find it.
Got told by the garage that I can't have the courtesy car until I can produce it.
b) I've also applied for a replacement license, just, online. I've asked for the full replacement, photo & paper,
but I know my photo one has expired.
Is the photo id expiry going to cause me problems with getting the replacement, i.e. will they send me it as is?
I also can't get a standard hire car without a license to show.
If so, what can I possibly do?
No car = can't get to work = sack!

Presumably it's more than ten miles, so bike is not a simple option. No buses, no trains, no colleagues who drive a similar route?evan_almighty wrote:]what can I possibly do?
