$1300. That wasn't even half the games. Wait until I get the pictures of the other stuff done. I'll knock all that out when I finish processing. Currently, at 50% retail, I have quintupled my money if I sold it all.

I have no idea what the storage fees are personally. What I bought was a storage unit that the previous renter didn't keep his rent up on. However, that sounds high for at least here in Indianapolis...
