Retun drive to use with pc

So i have to return a drive for warranty due to noise but if i plug it into a win10pc to format it its unallocated. Minipartitionwiz easeuspartitionmanager cant do anything to it. In ubuntu the drive has a bunch of i/o errors and unable to do anything to it either. FatXplorer dont detect the drive either. Any idea how to get this back to work for a pc?
