Xbox 1,4ghz switchable and 128mb off Ram
So finally i can offer you a 1,4ghz upgraded Board for the Xbox. The Board is a 1.4ghz switchable upgraded Board that does also have 128mb installed. If wanted i can also add a pinheader to it. The Boards do normally have the Xecuter 2 4983.67 Bios flashed to the Tsop but i can also flash an IND5003...

Re: Xbox 1.4ghz upgrade finally done!
I'm working on the speed-switch tomorrow so hopefully more good news tomorrow. Don't know trustys adapter but it may be that his early adapter didn't support the speed-switch cause off a missing connection or whatever. Mine has all the traces connected (and hopefully correct!) and should support it ...

Xbox 1.4ghz upgrade finally done!
So after doing the 1ghz upgrade for a while i started working on the 1.4ghz upgrade. As this one needs a speciall adapter pcb that's not available to buy i needed to design it myself. Well after about 2 years off studying photos, datasheets and luckily some help off a DreamX owner i was able to fini...

Re: Xbox V1.4 with 128MB of RAM and 1GHZ CPU upgrade
@professor_jonny: i didn't mean the 1,4ghz celeron upgrade! I mean the retail cpu 733mhz/128kb compared to a 733mhz/256kb cpu. The extra cache there won't be a big difference. The 1ghz/256kb cpu does make a difference and the 1,4ghz/512kb does defintely make a difference. @Geeba: When you patch an X...

Re: Xbox V1.4 with 128MB of RAM and 1GHZ CPU upgrade
@Geeba: The benefit of a real Pentium 3 cpu is the bigger cache. The Original Xbox cpu has 128kb cache as it is a celeron class cpu. I can replace the CPU against another CPU as an example the 1ghz cpu that is a pentium class 256kb cache cpu. The slightly better cpu doesn't really perform any better...

BTW: Willing to accept any reasonable offers on the case.
Just let me know what it would be worth to you and we can start from there.
I would be willing to take the damaged board and HDD out.
I'd take a few € off for removing them and shipping is definitely the cheaper option than!

XBcase in Silver with SmartXX V1, LCD and Silver-X add-on
So finally took some photos and had a look at it. It is a silver XBcase in excelent condition, only 2-3 minimal scratches on the top from another hifi device it seems. You only see them when you look closely! It has 2x 80mm Papst fans installed, most of the rear panel extra connectors have never bee...

Re: XBcase in Black with LCD and SmartXX V2
Got it today. Good loocking silver case with only the slightests marks of usage. Will take a few photos once the sun is back up again! It has an SmartXX chip, it's either a V1 or V2 chip. A Samsung SD616t Pc drive modified for the Xbox. It looks like a V1.2 board inside but i haven't checked it. It ...

Re: XBcase in Black with LCD and SmartXX V2
Don't worry about bumping the thread. The XBcases are very seldom to find as they were hand craftet and each of them is unique. A Guy in Germany was annoyed that there were no good hifi style cases avaylable that matched the xbox so he designed his own. After crafting his first prototype and showing...

XBcase in Black with LCD and SmartXX V2
Hi, today i got my private XBcase for sale. I bought it a while ago to have a nice setup standing next to my TV. As i changed my setup there is no room for the xbcase anymore and if i'm true i like the design of the original xbox! The XBcase is a full metal case that has been produced in a few smal...

Re: Wanted: motherboard with 128mb RAM + 1ghz CPU
Hi, i should have an upgraded V1.1 here with 1ghz and 128mb of Ram. If i'm wrong and i don't have it anymore i can of course upgrade one for you if you like. Before i forget about it: the board is tsop flashed with the Xecuter2 4983.67 so you don't need a modchip. The price for the board are 85€ +sh...

Re: Xerc2 even smaller!
Just take a look at the website of the original designer here: http://diy.sickmods.net/Our_Products/XERC_2/Install_It/ Sadly they stopped selling stuff a while back and that's why i did my own layout so everyone has an easier to install version. It really is easy to install, every pin is big and the...

Xerc2 even smaller!
Designed and built a new batch of the Xerc2. It is about 20% smaller as my last design and a bit tidier. I also changed the way how the pad names are applied so they are now a shiny gold surface. Other than that they are the same Xerc2 as the last batch including the LED fader and IR-sharing so you ...
