Check the documents folder where you download the extras disc, it tells you how to run it from the HDD.

Or you can just FTP the Quick Upgrade folder from the Quick Upgrade.zip ( in the installer variants folder ) to the root of E and run “E:\Quick upgrade\default.xbe”

No you would need to unlock your backup drives first, then null the key and lock them to the new key.

The nuller is ideally meant to be used before upgrading drives.

No, if it were a 1TB drive you could make G have all remains space if there was only a F partition. But 2TB drive must be split evenly across both extra partitions.

If the drive is working you done everything fine and you don’t need to worry about it. Now as for your fan soead issue it’s SID softmod that does it, it sets the fan speed to 100% for some daft reason. You need to use Windows XP or Windows 7 and the latest version of XPRExpress.
