I think you would need a fan that can be manually adjusted for that.

i did the 80mm fan mod iam not happy with the temps they are above 50gpu and cpu sometimes 62 celcius
i have a 1ghz 128mb xbox with artic silver 5 any tips to improve /the fan iam using is a cheap chinese one
