Yep that looks like a 1.1 which should not have a daughter board but has the single row of pins on the PSU. First things first is clean that with compressed air and have a look at all the connections for the chip. It does say Xecuter on bioschecker but may not be an Xecuterchip as it's only telling...

I am pretty sure I have a guide somewhere, but not before I get at work over the weekend. If I remember correct, you need the PCB from a Xbox dvd drive.

I got some 1.0 Xboxes, and I was wondering if the stock heatsink will keep the gpu cool enough with a 80mm fan mod and new cooler paste, but without the 40mm fan? Kinda depends on how the xbox's are setup when you get them. If the xbox is chipped with a non-retail bios you can probably just pop in a Hexen or Slayer's disc and re-flash the bios if needed and setup a new hard drive. Much much easier than having to jump through hoops with a softmod. Let us know...
