Re: Just paid for 2 chipped Xboxes

It will depend on the chip. If they are X2's it should be easy enough to flash with X2_5035 and off you go. Ok, I will ask more when I start working on them then :) Can I use rockys softmod extras to install dashboard and apps? Or does it work different with chipped boxes? Sent fra min NX551J via T...

Just paid for 2 chipped Xboxes

Hi. I just paid for 2 new boxes, both chipped. The seller thought it was Xcecuter2 on both. Since I have never had chipped Xboxes before, I was wondering what I should do to get these ones up to date? What can I do and what should I do? As I said, totally green on chipped ones. Must have apps/tools etc for xbox

I started sorting through and collecting apps, dashes and so in for use with Xbox. Both for pc and on the Xbox. Everything to make it easier for my self. Examples are: -qwix -Dvd2xbox -different dashes (and f.ex. different versions of Avalaunch, for my 1,6 ghostcase one i picky. Just freezes on the ...

Same method as Nextelhalo already mentioned

Re: Logitech Cordless Precision Controller for Xbox issues

Bah, it did not work. Bot y and x axis on the left thumbstick is still active. I used the controller tester tool, and there is also something weird with the triggers. The values jump up and down, and if I press one there seems to change what happens to the other too. The controller still behaves the...

Re: Logitech Cordless Precision Controller for Xbox issues

If I remember right there was a button sequence you could press to calibrate that controller. I see that same thing alot so I clean it up as good as possible and then when I first use it just move the thumbsticks around and press the triggers. That usually stops it from "wandering" but so...

Re: Logitech Cordless Precision Controller for Xbox issues

The controller LED should blink red if you get power. Sometimes you have to hit the white button on those to wake them up and sync to the receiver. I hope it works man, enjoy it they are the best. Well I got the power working, sadly the left thumbstick is nok ok. It is always acting like it will go...

Re: Image Hosting

Photobucket sure messed up for a lot of ppl. I have used it for years for several forums.....

How about using Google drive? I am pretty sure they won't do the same thing photobucket did.

Public album in Dropbox could also be a way to go.

So the Xbox frags ( flash’s red and green ) that topical a hardware issue of some kind. So the GPU could have died, or the southbridge eg... Unless you can see a fault it’s a dud Xbox. Try changing IDE cables and dives eg.. That sounds typical after actually putting some work into it [emoji14] I wi...

Re: Make Xbox isos for backup

Yes, just FTP the game folder and use either Qwix or C Xbox Tools to create a Xbox ISO which can be burned to disc. Any backup must be on DVD-R media for maximum compatibility across all the Xbox disc drive makes. DVD2Xbox itself an ISO Mode which is described as an "ISO Ripper" option. I...

Re: Ludvigs Xboxes, WIP and finished results (until next mod :p)

I started a bit of work on "The Pink Devil" today. Mods done to this box earlier: -"mod inside" jewel with pink leds -80mm fan -silent gpu fan -new thermal paste -softmod -bigger hdd It was originally a US Xbox, so I used a 220v to 110v converter. Since the step down converter st...

I was trying out this for one of my xboxes, and i noticed when launching automatic install of games with dvd2xbox i got the option of methods. And i saw there was an ISO mode, does this mean that i can use this to make isos of my original games, and later ftp to a pc for backup? Normal i guess is th...
