Done a bit of Googling, looks like it's 256k?

Hi, can anyone tell me what modchip this is? It`s flashable, only tried a 256 BIOSes atm. X2, IND and Evox all seem to work.
It`s not on a pinheader it is soldered directly to the mobo (v1.1), and has a single green wire link.

I`m on Virgin Media cable, so my connection is fairly quick, up to 30mb

BTW my Xbox is chipped, so it`s not a fault that only affects softmods?
