I'm not if its unleashx itself but possibly xbpartitioner that runs inside unleashx, i slotted in another hdd and its up and running so it may be a hdd problem.

Yep, forget anything higher than 720P and even then it must be encoded correctly.

The best way to use the dvd drive is to get 360 HD DVD DRIVE (external case ) and extend the cables.

Are you using the latest version of your Bios ?

The XDK requires a Microsoft liscence for you to have it i belive. There might be people on forums willing to share one. If its a different version of the stock Microsoft dash that you want certain games will update it. I think they only update and the last version was 5965 (correct me if im wrong)...

Does audio over HDMI work on the xbox and converter ?

You can buy self adhesive feet in rubber and felt that can be cut to size at hardware stores.

Depends on your preference, i dont use unleashx for anything. There is nothing that cant be accessed from within XBMC.
