Re: XBMC GUILib port to Xbox 360
I think it would be useful to put the code online - the source needs to be available anyway as it's GPL, and this simplifies it (ie not having to manually hand out the sourcecode on request)

Re: XBMC4Xbox File Manager Copy Issue
Could be although it may not update despite that as I think that's in the code. It's been years since I looked at this part of XBMC4Xbox so I don't actually remember.xman wrote:Is this not a skin related option?. I seem to remember seeing a skin with the option, "show progress bar".

Re: XBMC4Xbox File Manager Copy Issue
I'm criticizing the decision to make the change, in fact not even that, just that it was not made optional. This change was made years ago. You are talking about it as if I have recently changed something. I am not interested in spending my time working on this. You are free to learn and work on it...

If it concerns you that much, I can only suggest you look into making the changes yourself.

Re: XBMC4Xbox File Manager Copy Issue
It's work I don't want to do. Delete and move are faster operations than copy, but whether you think it's logical or not, it's not something I'm interested in changing.

Re: Atari 520 ST skip rescue
Cheers!
I don't think I have the mint image still, and it's ancient (I may have it on backup somewhere, but not on the site). I thought I replied - but you would do better to get the server version and install the "Mate" desktop on top perhaps ?

Thanks.
If only you lived closer Xman, I would def be over rummaging through your bits! (And trying out the famous bar!)
If you ever wanted to sell of some of your spare parts that could be used for building things like this, feel free to post it on the forum

This may have been because I was planning to get the libass library working, and never did - and somewhere along the way broke the falling back. There is at least one ticket open you can add information to http://redmine.exotica.org.uk/issues/205

Are you able to activate an email/captcha verification? You know, sign up, send email, confirm, log in, and done! we already have a question captcha which has worked well in the past. They must have put the answers in a database though recently so I have changed it again. We also already have email...

User Pruning
I have been pruning the user database. Many users who had 0 posts have been removed. Some of these may well have been real accounts, anda few were old - but most were spam / unused. If you have been registered on the forum for a few years and have never had the need to post, you probably don't need ...

Re: [RELEASE] Watch Cartoon Online (Watch Anime dub)
Was referring to the original post regarding the cartoon addon - viewster is fine. There is no addon whitelist - same rules as Kodi - no addons that stream copyrighted content from dubious sources etc. We have a piracy statement on the forum.

Nice job. Interesting to know it was a buggy BIOS then. Works with power saving on too right?
