Yeah, it's illegitimately legitimate
Yes I get that and certainly it is not complicated  but the question still has not been answered: is that buzz exotica org uk a genuine email notification from this forum or not? Confirmation of that is the main reason I posted. It's about as legitimate as the "xbmc4xbox.org.uk" dom...

Not that complicated
No. You got a notification of a new message. The account which sent the message has been deleted, so you no longer have the message.Coldly-Indifferent wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2019 11:55 am What is going on? Have our email addresses and been compromised?

We'll never know what it said...
I completely forgot that this site even still existed until I received an "Important message from the forum administration!" Sadly, it wasn't meant to be, as the message was gone by the time I signed in.

Thanks
Thanks for the tips. As a CRT RPTV user, anything that can help the Xbox's 1080i performance is highly desirable. I'll try these as soon as I get the Xbox fixed up.

For the record...
Just to clarify, did anyone figure out a way to get Plex to transcode HD video to an HD format that the Xbox will accept yet? I was reading a bit about the Plex transcoder and it is supposedly based on FFmpeg, which also just so happens to be one of the only ways (that I know of) to convert 720p vid...

Anyone? Any updates on this? It's really annoying to have to go in and change the settings every single time I want to get some NES going.

N2 Reply
These days, I'm using a Note2 with the Digiblur ROM and Perseus kernel for proper video and audio performance. Works fantastically well and has excellent battery life and signal strength thanks to the 21055 PRL with Sprint 800Mhz band availability.

Consistent with the others, I hit about 20Mbps down on the cable connection and anywhere from .3 to 2.1 on the Sprint EvDo.

So basically - No. Unless you're looking for the Xbox 360 or Xbox One Metro themes, in which case plenty are available .

[removed] and the other TV plugins used to be okay, but they never have and never will work consistently (and by "consistently", I mean more than 5% of the time ;) ). Like I mentioned in another thread, you're probably just best off downloading the shows/movies to your computer and copying...

Most perturbatory, Seems I may have spoken too soon, as now both HDDs are successfully booting up for the moment. I had that problem too a few weeks ago. The general consensus is that the Xbox is afraid of spring and sometimes just doesn't want to boot. Mine too works just fine now as if nothing ev...

It's like you read my mind! Same exact problem here. Mostly "Xport" emulators, but fce is the one and only one that has the problem, all the other ones work correctly. Every time I go to play, it sets everything back down to standard def. I can set it to 1080i until the cows come home, but...

CALIBRATED Reply
I prefer to put the screen that is over sized and hit the small left lower black button, on the controller to bring up the virtual keypad, click up, hit the green button and the video calibration is there so now you can adjust while it is actually on screen +1 for that. Sometimes it's tough (especi...

If the xbox isnt a v1.6 I would do a tsop flash, chuck in the new hard drive and prepare it from Hexen - assuming the xbox is a pre 1.6 you could also remove the clock capacitor as well while you have the lid off If you do that, the time will be lost any time power is lost. You're better off leavin...
