Yep, we are using DVD-R. So, the XBOX has been unplugged for more than 5 areas. Some reading is indicating I need to hook up a working drive from another console long enough for the system clock to kickin and then I can boot from the disk. Is that correct?

OK, done and same result still, Xbox not seeing the DVD as bootable. In fact, the disk is readable on anything, a PC ot the XBox. Any ideas?

That link was different than what I have been using but the net result is the same. I am thinking I either have a step in my process that is off, or some other known factor. Right, so Hexen could work, but every ISO I download shows as corrupt if I try to mount it in order to dupe it to a disk. And I am uncertain if I need a CD or a DVD for that.
