Well, I ordered the equipment to do the Chimp HDD upgrade. I open my xbox, connect the power splitter and both HDD's. I go to boot my Xbox and the fans start up, but then it beeps and the LED flashes green/red. I unplugged the new HDD and the splitter, but it STILL does the same thing with my regula...
