Gonna try that now, chose H264 over Xvid. Had to decrease the bitrate to 768 kbps (and therefore also resolution to 720x480) to stop the file from exploding in size to 900MB+. ^ sixties keith is correct. And also the 4GB limitation isn't the biggest issue here but rather that the Xbox only reads FATX, a whole different file system, compared to FAT32 which USB flash drives usually would be.
