Finaly fixed! i found that my hdd had no jumper selected ! set to master from original hdd and perfect kinda silly mistake thank you all!

Ah I thought it was IDE, but could only find the sata version. Google only showed this version. Seagate st350063as 500gb Only options are to try & reformat the drive with chimp & use the clone partition option, for E & C only. If you still get the error the hdd may not be compatible or ...

the drive is an ide model so no sata to ide is in use, it may just be incompatable ? it could also be the cache on the drive may be throwing errors or it could be the drive giving up or taking to long to respond from disk errors, could you try locate the hdd away from the xbox and see if it helps ?...
